Very friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant, and shout out to Surjeet who looked after me and my mum throughout our stay. Excellent food choices with lots of options, and very tasty. Rooms very spacious.

Good location & near amenities. Excellent breakfast spread. Staff super polite! Upgraded to Club room as we checked in later.

The staff are good. The breakfast buffet was good. They even had chicken liver fry in their breakfast spread.

Staff were brilliant very accommodating , nothing to much trouble , well air conditioned and great comfy beds all this and value for money !! Azaz on reception deserves a promotion he is a very professional chap !

There was nothing we did not have. Comfort, hygiene great food and excellent service at the front desk and the reception. And all at a very reasonable cost. Room amenities were thoughtfully laid out.0. Our experience was that the hotel lived upto ITC standards.
